What would a turn-key Swannee Florida plan log home 3300 sq ft. Cost on an acre at Lake Almanor CA. Please let me know if someone wants to put one there for me. Tell me why deal with Canada besides Tennessee/mid-state mft. ?

We have dryed in our 4000 sq ft log home for 120k by just buying logs and then shopping for everything else ourselves.

I think I would like a log or cedar home but don't have a place to build . I suppose maybe in another 5 years I might have a place to build.
